01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Playlax Neo (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

02 About the Platform

Playlax Neo is an interactive entertainment platform that provides users with access to a library of short daily challenges designed to exercise logic, memory, reaction speed, and creativity (the "Service"). The platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

03 Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.
• Not have had a previously terminated Playlax Neo account unless we have expressly permitted reinstatement.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access if requirements are not met.

04 Your Account

To access certain features of the Service, you must register and create an account. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@playlaxneo.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including accounts with usernames that violate third-party rights or impersonate other individuals.

05 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Playlax Neo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Sell, resell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service or any part thereof.
• Reproduce, copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software component.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data from the Service.

This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Playlax Neo.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage in any challenge.
• Using third-party software, scripts, or automation tools that interact with the Service.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying other users.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity or conduct that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

07 User Content

The Service may allow you to submit, post, or share content such as reviews, comments, usernames, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Playlax Neo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, communicate, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice.

08 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to challenge content, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, audio, and design — are owned by Playlax Neo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Playlax Neo name, logo, and all related product names and service marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Playlax Neo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

09 Virtual Items & Progress

Playlax Neo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items or features at any time without notice or liability. Your account progress and virtual items may be reset or lost if your account is terminated.

10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Playlax Neo does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Playlax Neo and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12 Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@playlaxneo.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our policies.
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
• Creates legal liability or regulatory risk for Playlax Neo.

Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Playlax Neo is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
